Wash the sugar snap peas. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel the shallots and cut into slices. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips
Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning. After approx. 3 minutes add shallots and sugar snap peas. Season with salt and pepper. Add white wine, bring to the boil and simmer gently. Refine with cream
Drain the pasta, collecting about 100 ml of pasta water. Put the noodles, pasta water and shredded food into the pot, mix and serve
