Pears with chocolate cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 75 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 4 small pears
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Grated chocolate
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Warm the cream at low heat (do not boil!). Melt the chocolate in the cream while stirring constantly

    Cover the chocolate cream and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours

    Peel and halve the pears. Squeeze lemon. Bring 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 4 tablespoons water and sugar to the boil. Steam pear halves covered in it for about 8 minutes. Drain

    Whip the chocolate cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until creamy. Carefully fold in 2 tablespoons of grated chocolate

    Spread the advocaat on 4 dessert plates. Cut off the cream with 2 tablespoons of cam and serve with the pear halves. Decorate with 1 tablespoon grated chocolate and lemon balm
