Ingredients

Servings: 25
  • 150 g Salt crackers
  • 200 g chunky peanut butter
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS pink decoration sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Crumble the crackers and grind them coarsely in the universal shredder. Quickly knead the crumbs and peanut butter with a fork. Form small balls from the mixture with slightly moistened hands and place them on a plate lined with baking paper. Tip: If the mixture is too soft, knead in a further tablespoonful of ground salt crackers. Chill for at least 4 hours.

  2. 2

Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a warm water bath, let it cool down a little. Dip the peanut butter balls with a fork so that some of the peanut butter remains visible. Drain the peanut butter balls, sprinkle with decorating sugar, place back on the plate and chill until the chocolate is firm.
