Ingredients

  • 1 slightly heaped Tbsp (10 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (to boil; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS + 100 ml milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 75 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 40 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 150 g + some flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 6 Peach halves (300 g/
  • 7-10 Tbsp Glass;
  • 50 g Apricot Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for diabetics)

Directions

    Mix pudding powder and 2 tablespoons of milk. Bring 100 ml milk to the boil, stir in the pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Flavour with sweetener. Cool down

    Knead curd, oil, 3 tablespoons of milk, sweet, 150 g flour and baking powder. Roll out to a rectangle (approx. 30 x 40 cm) on some flour, cut into 12 squares (approx. 10 x 10 cm). Roll up the corners a little

    Spread the pudding over the particles. Cut the peaches in half, cut them into a fan shape and place them on top. Spread with jam. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Cool down
