Pasta nests with salmon and zucchini cream

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled onion (30 g)
  • 200 g cleaned zucchini
  • 1 (30 g) Disc
  • 7-10 Tbsp Smoked salmon
  • 60 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable
  • 7-10 Tbsp Binders
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) sound
  • 7-10 Tbsp ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Chop onion. Wash the zucchini and cut into fine sticks. Cut salmon into strips

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 6-8 minutes

    Heat the oil. Sauté the onion in it until transparent. Fry the zucchini briefly. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with 100 ml water. Bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Simmer covered for 3-4 minutes.

    Thicken the sauce and stir in the cream. Heat salmon in it. Drain the noodles and turn them into nests on a plate with a fork. Pour the sauce over them. Wash the dill and chop finely. Sprinkle over the noodles

    Instead of smoked salmon you can also cook the sauce with 1 slice of salmon ham without fat edge or smoked turkey breast
