Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel onion and cut into sticks. Fry the paprika and onion in hot oil and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices.
Add just before the end of the cooking time. Season pepper pan with salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle over it. Flatbread tastes good with it
