Drain the peppers and pepper separately. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut open the peppers, remove seeds and chop finely. Dice feta.
Finely puree the feta, garlic, milk, oil and paprika. Stir in cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in the pepperoni, except for a few strips. Arrange the dip and garnish with the rest of the pepperoni.
