Stir milk, eggs, flour and salt until smooth and allow to swell slightly. Peel apple, grate roughly, sprinkle with lemon juice and fold into the dough. Heat oil and bake four pancakes from the dough and let them cool down a little.
Spread a thin layer of nut nougat cream on the pancakes and roll them up. Place in a flat casserole dish. Mix cream, egg yolk and vanillin sugar. Pour over the pancakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20 minutes.
Remove the pancakes and sprinkle with apple cubes.
