  • 440 g Oreoke cookies
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 300 g white couverture

Directions

    Grind the oreo cookies into fine "flour" with the help of a crusher. Add cream cheese and quark and mix well. Shape them into walnut-sized balls and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    In the meantime, melt the couverture. Using a praline fork, quickly dip the cold raw pralines into the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for another 1 hour to harden. Shelf life: approx. 8-10 days
