Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Oranges
  • 4 red onions
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 2 can(s) (210 ml) Tuna in oil
  • 8-10 green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 3-4 Tbsp Vinegar (e.g. white wine vinegar)
  • 4-5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sweet peppers

Directions

    Boil eggs hard for 10 minutes. Quench and peel. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Peel and slice the onions. Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Drain the tuna.

    Cut olives into slices. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Line a large plate with orange slices. Mix the remaining salad ingredients and marinade and arrange on the oranges
