Oak leaf salad with cream cheese balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Oak leaf salad
  • 3 Figs
  • 50 g Walnut halves
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (in own juice)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash figs, cut into slices. Chop walnuts. Form cream cheese into small balls and turn in the chopped nuts. Arrange prepared ingredients in portions.

    For the marinade, mix cranberries and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually fold in the oil. Drizzle over the salad and serve garnished with parsley.
