Clean and wash spring onions, dab dry and cut into rings. Wash tomatoes and dab dry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the minced onions for about 10 minutes until crumbly.
In between prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add spring onions to the minced meat and fry briefly. Stir in cream cheese and deglaze with broth. Season sauce with salt and pepper
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the tomatoes for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and add to the tomatoes. Arrange noodles and sauce on a plate
