Noodles with chicken bolognese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 200 g Celery
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 (approx. 200 g) Carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 250-300 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan

Directions

    Wash the fillets, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Clean or peel the vegetables, wash and dice them very finely. Peel and chop onion and garlic

    Heat the oil. Fry the meat until golden brown. Add onion, garlic and vegetables and fry. Stir in tomato paste. Season with thyme, salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomatoes with juice, chop a little. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 12 minutes

    Meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes

    Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar. Drain the pasta and serve with the chicken bolognese. Sprinkle with parmesan
