Dice onion. Wash and chop the vegetables. If necessary, dice ham and fry in a small coated pot, remove. Sauté onion and vegetables briefly. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil.
Add the noodles and cook everything for about 8 minutes. Cut the sausages into slices. Add to the soup with the ham. Season to taste and sprinkle with chive rolls.
