Fry the zucchini for 4-5 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper and remove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the hot frying fat, fry meatballs in it over medium heat for about 8 minutes, turning them over, and take them out. Pour out the frying fat from the pan, except for approx. 2 tbsp
Add the noodles to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes, turning. Pour cream and stock into the noodles, bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Slice parmesan. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Mix basil into the pasta. Arrange the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan
