Neck steak shashlik

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 baby bottled tomatoes
  • 8 thin slices of pork neck (approx. 80 g each)
  • 150 g pitted large green olives
  • 1 Lime
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Harissa
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cilantro
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Onions peel and cut into slices. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into thick slices. Roll up meat slices from the short side and cut in half. Put meat, olives, onions and tomatoes alternately on skewers

    For the marinade, halve the lime and squeeze the juice. Mix harissa, oil and lime juice and season with coriander, cumin and salt. Spread a thin layer on the skewers and chill for approx. 1 hour

    Grill the skewers on the hot grill for about 15 minutes while turning. In between, coat them again and again with the remaining marinade. Risoninudel salad tastes good with it
