Ingredients

  • 300 g Cherries
  • 300 g Currants
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 g) Agar-Agar
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

    Cherries wash, pit. Wash the currants, remove from the panicles. Washing blackberries, picking raspberries. Cut fruits smaller

    Stir agar-agar and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth. Boil up sugar, lemon juice, agar-agar and fruits in a pot while stirring. Boil for about 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Immediately pour into clean, tightly sealed glasses. Place on the lid for approx. 5 minutes, turn upside down again
