Ingredients

  • 300 ml Red wine
  • 450 ml Orange juice
  • 1 Glow fix bag
  • 400 g demerara sugar
  • 1 pack of Gelfix Extra (2 Beutel at 25 g)

Directions

    Mix sugar and Gelfix. Mix red wine, orange juice and sugar mixture. Add the Gelfix bag, bring to the boil and boil for at least 3 minutes

    Remove the glow-fix bag and immediately fill jelly to the brim into prepared twist-off jars. Close the jars tightly and let them stand on the lids for about 5 minutes.
