Ingredients

  • 300 g Cranberries
  • 1.2 kg Pears
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 500 g Gelling sugar 3:1
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cloves and cinnamon

Directions

    Cranberry sorting, washing. Peel and quarter the pears, cut out the core, dice the flesh

    Bring the prepared fruit, lemon juice and jam sugar to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with clove and cinnamon

    Immediately fill jam to the brim into prepared twist-off jars. Close the jars tightly and let them stand on the lids for approx. 5 minutes
