Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and stir in. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Grease mini-ball cake troughs (12 pieces of 100 ml each) of a muffin tray and dust with flour.
Fill in dough evenly. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Mix icing sugar and 5 tablespoons lemon juice. Turn out the cake from the baking tray and spread the icing immediately
