Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and chop the thyme, except for something to garnish. Knead the ground pork, minced onion, thyme, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper
Put the mince in a quiche tin (approx. 28 cm Ø) and press it down as a base
Drain the corn. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut mozzarella into slices. Spread everything on the chopped mass
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with thyme
