Defrost the dough. Peel onions and garlic, dice finely. Wash, pluck and chop the rosemary
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the minced meat and ground pork in portions. Fry onions, garlic and rosemary briefly. Stir in the ajvar. Season with pepper, paprika and some salt. Cool down
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Crumble cheese. Mix 3 eggs and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Lay the dough on top of each other and roll out to a rectangle (approx. 28 x 38 cm) on some flour. Line a greased rectangular casserole dish (approx. 20 x 30 cm) with the dough and press up the edges by approx. 4 cm.
Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Spread the mince on top. Pour egg-cream over it. Put tomatoes on top, sprinkle with cheese. Spread the edges of the dough with egg yolk. Bake in the preheated oven on the bottom shelf (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see oven manufacturer) for 40-45 minutes. Goes well with salad
