Pour the tomatoes into a sieve, drain them and collect the oil. Cut the tomatoes into fine cubes. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in tomato oil drop by drop
Halve the melon, cut off the skin and dice the flesh. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into fine strips. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely
Carefully mix melon, parsley and dressing. Arrange salad and spread radishes on top
