Ingredients

  • 400 g Meatloaf
  • 40 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Leeks (leek)
  • 2 red peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 125 g Onion crème fraîche
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Cut the meat loaf into small pieces. Dice bacon into small pieces. Peel onions, cut one into rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the meat loaf, bacon and onion rings for about 5 minutes while turning them.

    Meanwhile peel potatoes and cut them into pieces. Remove the meat loaf mixture from the pan. Heat the remaining oil in the frying fat. Add the potatoes and fry for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper in between. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces. Cut the rest of the onion into slices. Add to the potatoes after 10 minutes. Mix in meat loaf. Season with paprika.
