Soak sultanas in milk, except for some for garnishing. ##Wash coriander, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop them, except for some for garnishing.
Peel and wash the carrots. Cut off 4 thin slices of 1 carrot lengthwise. Cut the rest into small thin slices. Peel onion and chop very finely. Knead minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, sultanas in milk, onion, coriander and carrots.
Season with salt, pepper and curry. Shape into meatballs. Heat oil in a pan and fry ##rissoles## for about 10 minutes while turning. Arrange and garnish with carrot, coriander and sultanas.
