  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 2 TEASPOONS Pizza spice
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead minced meat, ground pork, egg and breadcrumbs together. Season with paprika powder, pizza spice and salt. Form 4 flat thalers (approx. 12 cm Ø each) from the mincing mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper

    Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the mushrooms in it, take them out. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Dice mozzarella finely

    Cover the minced beef with tomato, paprika, mushrooms and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 20-25 minutes. Wash the basil, dab dry. Pluck leaves and cut into fine strips, except for a few for garnishing. Garnish pizzas with basil strips and leaves
