Meat loaf with fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 2 discs (250 g each) Meatloaf
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Salad leaves
  • 4 discs (50 g each) Wholemeal bread
  • 1 glass (370 ml) mixed pickles

Directions

    Peel and slice the onion and turn it slightly in flour. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the onion rings in it until golden brown, turning them over and taking them out. Halve the meat cheese slices.

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and fry the slices for about 3 minutes on both sides. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 2nd pan and fry the fried eggs in it. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce leaves and dab dry.

    Cover slices of bread with salad. Cover with meat loaf and fried egg. Spread onion rings on top. Drain the mixed pickles and add to the salad.
