Soak rolls in cold water. Boil 3 eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes, quench cold and peel. Squeeze the bread rolls well. Knead with minced meat, 1 egg and mustard.
Season with salt and pepper. Shape for frying, placing the boiled eggs in the middle. Place on the fat pan of the oven. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour
Clean, wash and cut the pointed cabbage into strips. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain. Peel and finely chop the onion. Melt butter in a pot and fry onion.
Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil. Add pointed cabbage and braise covered for about 5 minutes. Refine with cream. Serve meatloaf with creamed pointed cabbage
