Mayonnaise with Worcester sauce, pepperoni and cornichons

Ingredients

  • 2 Cornichons (glass)
  • 2 mild, pickled green peppers (glass)
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1/4 l Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Finely dice the cucumbers. Cut ##pepperoni## into fine rings. Whisk the egg yolks, salt and mustard with the whisk of the hand mixer to a thick mass. Add oil drop by drop.

    Cucumber cubes and pepperoni stir in. Season to taste with Worcester sauce and sugar.
