Ingredients

Servings: 30
  • 40 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 60 g Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 8 cl Coconut milk

Directions

  1. 1

Melt butter in a pot. In a bowl mix sugar, flour and cocoa. First add the melted butter, then the coconut milk and mix well

  2. 2

Spread 1/4 of the dough with a small spoon in 7-8 circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave enough space between the circles. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes

  3. 3

Remove the tray from the oven and after about 30 seconds remove the cookies from the baking tray and immediately place them on a pastry roll so that they assume a round shape. Prick a small hole in the dough and let it get hard. Pull gold or silver thread through the hole and hang up. Bake the remaining dough in the same way and let it cool down
