Mashed potatoes with carrots

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g floury potatoes
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 potty Chervil
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes and carrots. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash and finely chop the chervil. Drain potatoes and carrots. Add milk and fat and mash to puree.

    Fold in chervil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
