Ingredients

  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 400 g Marzipan- raw mass
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rose water
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Sift the icing sugar. Knead well with marzipan and rose water. (It is best to wear disposable gloves).

    Form approx. 12 egg-shaped, smooth balls (approx. 35 g each) from the marzipan mixture. Use scissors to cut small rabbit ears into the balls. Use a wooden skewer to model eyes, noses and mouths. Let the bunnies dry for about 1 hour.
