Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into slightly larger pieces. Peel onion and garlic, dice finely. Wash the squid tubes and cut them into rings. Heat the oil. Fry the peppers for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, onion and squid rings.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, fry for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, reduce for 3 minutes and remove from the heat. Halve the olives. Wash the parsley and remove the leaves. Add both and season again. Serve with fresh white bread and a glass of white wine
