Marinated, grilled salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4-5 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sushi & sashimi sauce (alternatively soy sauce)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground chili or cayenne pepper
  • 600 g Salmon fillet without skin and fat layer
  • 1 kg young spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 25 g hulled sesame seed (2-3 tablespoons)
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil for the grill pan
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flatbread

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry and cut into fine strips. Mix Sushi & Sashimi Sauce, lemon juice, some ground chili, parsley and garlic.

    Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry, cut into 4 or 8 portion pieces and place on a plate. Spread the marinade on the salmon and marinate covered for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, wash spinach thoroughly several times, sort and drain.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Lightly roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove immediately and let cool off. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the onion lightly. Add the spiant and cover and let it collapse.

    Then cook spinach without lid for 4-5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Season spinach with salt and pepper. Stir in sesame seeds, except for something to sprinkle. Heat up a grill pan and brush with a little oil.

    Drain the salmon fillet and grill it in portions on each side for 1-2 minutes. Arrange salmon fillet on the sesame spinach and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Serve with flat bread and extra Sushi & Sashimi sauce.
