Ingredients

  • 1/2 Rusk (4 g)
  • 2 Protein (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 125 g Icing sugar
  • 250 g cold raw marzipan paste
  • 1 (10 g) str. tbsp. flour
  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely grate the rusk. Line baking trays with baking paper. Beat egg white and 1 pinch of salt until stiff. Continue beating, adding icing sugar

    Grate the marzipan coarsely on the beaten egg white bit by bit and fold in each time. Fold in rusk crumbs and flour. Pour into a piping bag (medium star-shaped spout). Spray finger-long strips onto the tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Cool down

    Chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Dip the stalks with the underside into it. Drain, dry
