Ingredients

  • 3 discs Toast
  • 3 small red onions
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 75 g) bunch of rocket
  • 75 g Goat cheese in the roll
  • 4 Baguette roll
  • 8 TSP Mango Chutney

    Soak the toast in cold water. Peel onions. Chop 1 onion finely. Knead minced onion, diced onion, mustard, expressed toast and egg. Season with salt and pepper and form 4 large meatballs. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning them over

    Clean, wash and drain the rocket well. Cut cheese into thin slices. Cut the bread roll horizontally. Spread the lower halves of the rolls with 1 tsp. chutney each and spread rocket on top. Place burgers on top and cover with cheese and onion rings. Finally, place 1 teaspoon of chutney on each roll and cover with the top of the roll
