Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 yellow peppers (approx. 200 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) baby onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame (peeled)
  • 2 Turkey escalope (approx. 125 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 250 ml Asian sauce (sweet-sour, Hela)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp parsley, lemon, lime and red chilli

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the beans and cut them into diagonal pieces. Put the beans in boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain well. Clean the peppers (cut off the lid, remove the seeds), wash and cut into fine rings.

  2. 2

Peel onion and cut into thin strips. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Wash the meat thoroughly, dab dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips.

  3. 3

Peel garlic and chop very finely. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes while turning. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with Asian sauce. Mix beans, paprika, vegetable onions, add and mix well.

  4. 4

Season again with salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar. Arrange on a plate sprinkled with sesame seeds and serve garnished as desired with parsley, lemon slice, lime and chilli.
