Lobster prawns with olives

  • 8 Lobster crabs
  • 1 glass (240 ml; separation weight: 180 g) paprika-filled olives
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Wash the lobster crabs and dab them dry. Drain the olives and cut them into slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in small pans and add 1/4 of each olive and garlic.

    Fry 2 lobster prawns in the pans on each side for 2 minutes. Serve the lobster prawns hot in the pans. Baguette tastes good with it.
