Wash the lobster crabs and dab them dry. Drain the olives and cut them into slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in small pans and add 1/4 of each olive and garlic.
Fry 2 lobster prawns in the pans on each side for 2 minutes. Serve the lobster prawns hot in the pans. Baguette tastes good with it.
