  • 80 g grated, low-fat cheese

Directions

  1. 1

Put flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in 150 ml lukewarm water, add and knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, drain the tuna on a sieve. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Peel the onion and also cut it into slices. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Knead the pizza dough again slightly and cut into quarters. Roll out dough pieces on a floured work surface to four round pizza bases (approx. 20 cm Ø) and place them on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for another 15 minutes. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on each of the 2 bases and cover with half the tuna and vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and sprinkle each with 20 g cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.
