Boil egg in boiling water for about 10 minutes until hard. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Halve cherry tomato, cut larger tomato into slices. Wash and clean the salad. Peel and halve the egg and cut one half into slices.
Use the rest for other purposes. Spread bread with mustard and cover with lettuce, cucumber, except for something to garnish, turkey breast, sliced tomatoes and egg. Pin with cocktail skewers, garnish with cucumber, cherry tomato and cress.
Cut the bread into quarters and arrange on a plate.
