Ingredients

  • 2 Perennials Chicory
  • 2 Heads radiccio salad
  • 75 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 75 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 TABLESPOONS freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Pot of chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salads. Pluck or cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash mushrooms as well. Cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. For the vinaigrette mix orange juice and vinegar.

    Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and stir in. Whip the oil into the vinaigrette. Arrange the prepared ingredients on plates. Spread the vinaigrette on top
