Clean, wash and chop the soup greens. Fry the bacon in the pot and take it out. Sauté the soup greens in the bacon fat. Rinse lentils and add bay leaf and bacon. Add 1 1/2 l water. Bring to the boil, cover and cook for about 25 minutes.
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Add the sausages to the lentils and cook for another 20 minutes
Take out the bacon, dice it, add it again. Season the stew with salt, pepper and vinegar. Wash, chop and sprinkle parsley over it
