  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 package (90 g) colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp any packaging material

    Wash the lemons thoroughly and grate them dry. Cut the lemon peel from the lemons with a zest ripper. (Or cut the peel from the lemons with a sharp knife so that there is no white skin on the peel. Then cut the peel into fine strips). Let the lemon peel dry (either in the oven or on the heater). Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Mix pepper, lemon peel, vanilla pulp and vanilla peel. Before giving it away, possibly fill it in foil and close it with a cord
