  • 1 kg Whole milk yoghurt
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2 (320 g each) Glasses of Lemon Curd (English lemon cream)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baisertuffs

Directions

    Mix yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Stir Lemon Curd until smooth. Layer the lemon curd and yoghurt alternately in dessert glasses. Arrange with meringue tuffs just before serving.
