  • 1 Lammkeule
  • 500 g Schupfnudeln
  • 7-10 Tbsp green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp Savory
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, thyme, paprika
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Red wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sauce thickener

Directions

    Fry the leg of lamb in olive oil until it is hot. Then place it in a roasting pan and add the spices. Fill the roaster with red wine. The leg of lamb needs about 1.5 hours in the oven at medium heat.

    Prepare the crust as follows: mix breadcrumbs, finely chopped cooked carrots, finely chopped olives and spices into a coarse paste. After the leg is fried for 80 minutes, you can spread the crust on the leg and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    As a side dish, fry the Schupdnudeln I hot butter in a pan. The green beans are cooked with savory, salt and pepper and then briefly tossed in butter.

    When the leg of lamb is completely roasted, prepare the lamb sauce from the meat juice with red wine and sauce thickener.
