  • 175 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated rind
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 125 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and drain well

    Wash the dill, dab dry, pluck the pennants and cut finely. Mix orange juice, some peel, dill, honey, mustard and yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Arrange salad and dressing on plates
