Boil 1/2 l water. In the meantime peel, wash and slice the kohlrabi. Dissolve stock in boiling water. Cover and cook the kohlrabi for about 10 minutes. Add peas after about 5 minutes
In the meantime peel the skin off the sausage. Dice the sausage. Peel and chop onion. Heat oil. Fry onion and sausage in it while turning
Wash herbs. Chop parsley, cut chives into small rolls
Lift out the vegetables if necessary. Pour cream and milk into the stock, bring to the boil. Bind with sauce thickener. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in herbs and vegetables if necessary
Arrange the ragout and sprinkle the sausage and onion mixture on top. Serve with mashed potatoes from the package
