Peel, halve and cut the kohlrabi into pieces. Cook the kohlrabi in the boiling broth for about 10 minutes. Add the peas after about 5 minutes and cook. Add cream and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce thickener. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop and add to the ragout. Peel sausage and cut into cubes. Peel onion and also dice. Fry sausage and onion briefly in hot oil and sprinkle over the ragout. Goes well with mashed potatoes
