Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (450 g = 4 slices) deep-frozen puff pastry
  • 3 Peaches
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 20 chopped almonds
  • 250 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Place the puff pastry slices next to each other and defrost. Wash and quarter the peaches and remove the stone. Quarter again. Warm up the jam. Roll out puff pastry slices one by one (approx. 15 x 24 cm) and spread with jam. Place peach slices one after the other in the middle of the strip.

    Whip the edges of the dough twice up to the gaps. Spread dough and peaches with jam again and sprinkle the edges with chopped almonds. Place the strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas mark 3) on the 2nd rack from below for approx. 20 minutes. Take the puff pastry out of the oven and let it cool down from a cake rack. Whip cream until stiff. Cut the puff pastry strips into 3 pieces and serve with the cream
