Juicy hamburgers from the grill

Ingredients

  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 (approx. 100 g) Tomatoes
  • 1-2 (75 g) Spring onions
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 1 (approx. 175 g) small red pepper
  • 1/2 package (62.5 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 6 discs (24 g) Bacon
  • 3 processed cheese slices "Cheeseburger
  • 2 packs Wheat rolls for hamburgers (6 pieces each)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 60 g Remoulade (50 % fat)

Directions

    Soak rolls from the day before in cold water. Peel and finely dice the onions. Knead minced meat, squeezed out roll, eggs, mustard, about 2 teaspoons salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Form 12 flat minced steaks and put them in a cool place. Clean and wash the tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber and peppers. Cut tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions into slices, peppers into rings. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices.

    Wash the parsley and basil, dab dry and remove the leaves. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Grill the minced steaks on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Leave the bacon out until crispy.

    After turning, top the minced steaks with bacon and parsley, or tomato, mozzarella and basil or cheese slices, peppers and spring onions. Grill ready. Cut open the bread rolls and also grill them on the barbecue.

    Spread with remoulade or ketchup and cover with lettuce or cucumber. Add the minced steaks at the end. Makes 12 hamburgers.
